About

I was the founding principal of USC East College Prep in Los Angeles — hired before the school existed, and responsible for turning a vision into a fully operating institution. I built the team from the ground up to more than 40 staff, established the systems and culture behind it, and led it to award-winning academic results.

That experience — building the structure, the people, and the process a strong organization runs on — is what I want to bring to an established business as its next owner-operator.
